Overview

As a member of our Production team , we seek minds that are curious about new technology and particularly individuals who are actively experimenting with AI to work with us in continuing to bring the future to our clients and their customers. As a Producer, Digital & Social, you will bring the creative vision to life while managing costs, building relationships, and adhering to deadlines. This person will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to develop best-in-class creative for digital and social campaigns, enterprise platforms, and other initiatives spanning multiple mediums. All within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the production of a range of digital campaign deliverables (display, websites, apps, and more) from start-to-finish

  • Partner and/or manage cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of projects with a focus on project planning, prioritization, risk mitigation, quality control standards and successful delivery

  • Effectively work closely with multi-disciplined teams (Strategy, Account, Media, Business Affairs, Creative, Development and Analytics) on assigned projects

  • Facilitate elements of campaign efforts through scheduling, discovery, defining project requirements, routing, legal, development, product reviews, QA, and launch prep

  • Develop and track various forms of project documentation including but not limited to request for proposals and SOW's (statement of work), in collaboration with the aforementioned teams.

  • Create, manage, and/or track project legal documentation including NDA's and MSA's

  • Work with cost consulting partners such as EVP as needed

  • Stay current on the latest developments and trends in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and incorporate emerging technologies and best practices into project planning and execution

  • Act as an internal liaison; facilitating communication between teams

  • Build and maintain strong creative partner relationships

  • Provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to overcome roadblocks and challenges during Production

  • Conduct research, assessments and selection of vendors and development partners

  • Be passionate about delivering the best creative, while finding ways of producing it on schedule and budget

  • Schedule internal, partner and client meetings for assigned projects

  • Must be flexible to occasional travel

  • Ability to work effectively between the Saatchi Dallas and Los Angeles offices

  • Be a self-starter, practice good judgment, and team player

  • Keep accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner

  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

A successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of previous digital production experience working on a full project lifecycle in social, digital and enterprise initiatives. A BA or BS degree from accredited 4-year institution is preferred and previous agency experience working with large enterprise, working with innovative technology, AI, or automotive clients is a plus.

Candidate experience and skills should also include:

  • Producing various types of digital marketing initiatives across multiple platforms including but not limited to digital display, websites, or social media content

  • Comfortable with digital online advertising ecosystem, including production vendors, rich media publishers, and ad serving systems such as Google Marketing Platform, FlashTalking, and Innovid

  • Core project management methodology & tools (e.g. planning, scoping, budgeting, scheduling).

  • Working with cost consultants such as EVP

  • Coordination and management of vendors and development partners

  • Confidence with creative input and contribution

  • 3+ years of client facing/ client management experience

  • Familiarity with web programming languages (HTML, Javascript) and design applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Figma, etc.)

  • Familiarity with various common computer operating systems including iOS and Android

  • Knowledge of code development platforms, languages, content management systems (Adobe Experience Manager or similar), and bug tracking systems such as Jira

  • Executing strong attention to detail and prioritizing tasks and manage time effectively

  • Strategizing data-informed / data-driven campaigns

  • Working on multiple production streams simultaneously

  • Successfully managing a high volume of assets through all phases of production

  • Delivering high quality products, in tight timelines, at scale

  • Communicating effectively, internally and externally, with strong presentation skills

  • Professional, collaborative demeanor with demonstrated ability to work well with peers, make sound decisions, and appropriately respond to difficult situations

  • AI tools or the development of AI integrated ads is a plus

  • Technical orientation: love and comfort with tech, including consumer websites, website development, user interfaces, mobile and video game devices

Compensation Range: $64,500.00 - $90,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
