We are a used car dealer seeking an office administrator to help us with a variety of office duties. We are looking for a highly organized and responsible individual with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Processing titles and registrations
- Data entry into Excel
- Keeping track of vehicle locations, titles, invoices
- Filling out and filing government forms, applications, titles
- Answering incoming calls
- Maintaining a clean and organized office
Skills and qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Strong attention to detail
- Excel knowledge
- Discretion and regard for confidentiality
- Oral and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
