We are a used car dealer seeking an office administrator to help us with a variety of office duties. We are looking for a highly organized and responsible individual with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Processing titles and registrations
  • Data entry into Excel
  • Keeping track of vehicle locations, titles, invoices
  • Filling out and filing government forms, applications, titles
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office

Skills and qualifications:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excel knowledge
  • Discretion and regard for confidentiality
  • Oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
