Honeywell Field Service Support in El Paso, Texas

As a Field Service Support here at Honeywell Building Automation (BA), you will play a critical role in providing technical support for our customers in El Paso. You will be accountable for assisting in performing equipment maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will report directly to our Field Service Manager and you'll work out of our El Paso, Texas location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our field service operations. You will be accountable for delivering high-quality service, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the growth of our business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform equipment maintenance

  • Provide support to customers on the use of our products

  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and documentation

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role

  • Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites

  • Live in the El Paso (TX) area,

  • Hold a Universal EPA License, R-410 certification and HVAC/Electrician Safety training
