We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager to lead our initiatives in Smart Factory and Industry 4.0. This role will focus on driving Manufacturing Excellence through our Schneider Production System (SPS) and advanced digital solutions.

What will you do?

  • Develop and implement strategies for Smart Factory initiatives and Industry 4.0 adoption across the EP Campus.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
  • Utilize data analytics and IoT technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and deploy best practices in manufacturing excellence.
  • Mentor and train teams on SPS methodologies and digital tools to foster a culture of excellence.

  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience in manufacturing management, with a focus on SPS, Smart Factory, or Industry 4.0 initiatives
