• Data Collection and Cleaning:

Gathering data from various sources, identifying and correcting data inconsistencies, ensuring data quality through cleaning and validation processes.

• Data Analysis:

Performing statistical analysis on datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.

• Data Visualization:

Creating clear and compelling visualizations like charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Report Generation:

Developing detailed reports summarizing key findings from data analysis, including metrics and actionable insights.

• Collaboration:

Working with different departments within an organization to understand business needs and identify relevant data sources.

• Problem-Solving:

Identifying issues within data and proposing solutions to improve data quality and analysis accuracy.

• The role may involve project-oriented assignments. Typically maintains deep subject matter expertise in a given field (ex. Human Resources, Payroll, Time and Labor Administration, System applications, etc.) to enable research/resolution of client issues related to one or more products/platforms.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI

• Statistical Knowledge: Understanding of statistical concepts to analyze data effectively

• Data Cleaning Techniques: Ability to identify and address data quality issues

• Data Visualization Skills: Creating informative and visually appealing data presentations

• Communication Skills: Clearly conveying complex data insights to non-technical audiences

• Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data analysis
