This position involves assisting with the nutrition and food service needs of children and site staff while adhering to administrative guidelines. The Cook Assistant should always demonstrate responsibility, respect, and excellent kitchen management skills.

The qualifying skills for this position are as follows:Food Handler's card; bilingual (English/Spanish); high school diploma or GED (preferred); prior experience in food service (preferred); or any equivalent combination of acceptable training and experience as determined by the Executive Director.
