Overview: We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our team. As a Fabricator, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, assembling, and building various components. CNC EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Plans machining of parts by studying blueprints from engineering department material to be used and interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GDandT).

2. Operates one or more of the following common machine shop equipment for making parts: hand machines, surface grinder, welding (Mig, Tig), CNC mills and lathes, CNC routers, CNC waterjet, EDM equipment)

3. Select the right equipment, make machine configurations for a given task

4. Monitor production

5. Check the accuracy of the work and check the settings, adhere to the specifications in the drawings.

6. Use measuring meters and instruments to meet tolerance requirements.

7. Maintains a safe and clean working environment including machinery and equipment.

8. It ensures that the equipment operates safely with all safety measures in place.

9. Detects malfunctions, troubleshooting processes, requesting repairs, sharpens and replaces worn tools

10. Attend the training that the company requires.

Requirements: - Proven experience in fabrication with CNC - Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting schematics - Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately - Experience in pipe threading is a plus - Strong attention to detail and precision in work - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
