Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our Home Health Services team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of patients.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Nursing Assistant training program preferred.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in a hospital setting.

Experience:

• 12 months Working Home Health/ Caregiver (preferred)

Requirements:

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Knowledge of physiology and basic medical terminology is essential.
• Familiarity with medication administration procedures and HIPAA compliance.
• CPR certification (preferred)

Duties

• Assist patient, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Support patients with mobility needs and assist.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks for patient documentation and record-keeping.
