Refinery Manager/RLT Administrative Assistant

Overview: This position will provide administrative support for the El Paso Refinery Leadership Team and General Manager. This position will also help support site Communications, Community Relations, and special refinery events.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to RLT and General Manager

  • Order lunches/supplies for RLT.

  • Setup meetings, book travel.

  • Assist with data requests.

  • Serve as a SharePoint Superuser and provide oversight and support for ELP SharePoint sites.

  • Site communications

  • Publish personnel announcements, sitewide notifications, and other communication materials.

  • Coordinate the updating and publishing of department org charts.

  • Provide communications/marketing support to the ELP strategic program (ELEVATE).

  • Manage site email distribution lists.

  • Coordinate and publish sitewide refinery CCTV content.

  • Assist with organization and publishing of refinery Weekly Update videos.

  • Community relations

  • Provide assistance and support to the CSR/Community Relations Manager.

  • Assist Community Relations and/or Human Resources with the coordination and scheduling of community/charitable events.

  • Special refinery events

  • Help organize and coordinate refinery special events, meals, and employee engagement events.

  • Assist with the execution of refinery Town Hall meetings.

  • Cross train and serve as backup to ELP Front Desk Administrative Assistant

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required

  • 3-5 years of previous executive and administrative assistant experience preferred

  • The successful applicant must have excellent organizational skills and communication (verbal & written) skills.

  • The successful applicant must have strong customer service orientation and strong attention to detail.
