1st Shift Mailroom Processing Clerks (In Office)

El Paso, TX (Westside area)

Hourly Pay Rate: $14.00/hr.

Monday - Saturdays 7:00am-5:30pm (OT likely)

What you will be doing:

• Training is mandatory and attendance is very critical.

• Training will be 4 weeks from 8:00-5:30 Monday-Friday

• After training ALL employees are scheduled to work on Saturdays.

• Processors will arrive at the facility by 7:00 am-5:30pm, site operates on a “Clean Desk” policy, meaning all work must be completed before your shift ends.

• Receive all mail that comes into onsite mail center, open and sort all mail documents accordingly.

• Receives documents from both electronic and hard copy forms for processing.

• Creating and sorting scanned images, documents, files, and archives in various form types.

• Identifies documents, their purpose and follow company processing procedures.

• Attention to detail is critical and ability to pick up on processes quickly is a must.

People who succeed in this role have:

• Previous working experience with Microsoft Word and Excel and some data entry.

• Ability to perform repetitive and physical movements throughout work shift.

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.

• Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills.

• Knowledge of Medical, Hospital and Dental insurance Claims is preferred.

• Strong work ethic.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

• Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check, that includes an education verification as well.

• Must be able to work Saturdays, they are mandatory.
