Clean Harbors Facility Operations Supervisor in El Dorado, Arkansas
We are seeking a great communicator who can lead and multi-task for our El Dorado, AR facility. The Facility Operations Supervisor will oversee multiple site-specific plant operations and personnel to include, but not limited to, truck offloading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, scanning applications for waste tracking, and proper warehousing.

Ensuring that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe manner
Oversees multiple site-specific plant operations and personnel to include, but not limited to truck offloading/loading in compliance with DOT segregation requirements, scanning applications for waste tracking, and proper warehousing
Supervises multiple plant employees
Ensures that employees follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures, and accountability
Ensures that supervised operations/employees understand and have ownership for area specific permit required compliance standards
Works under the direction of the Operations Manager or equivalent
Responsible for ensuring the employee maintains a clean work environment and adhere to safety rules
Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business.
What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
High School diploma and/or some college preferred
2-5 years supervisory type experience in a production driven environment preferred
2+ years in an industrial and/or warehouse environment
Chemical knowledge or education a plus!
Must be able to drive goals to meet expectations
Must be able to multi-task, change direction and communicate with various teams simultaneously
Must be able to communicate with all levels of the organization and various departments
Ability to work and lead by example
Computer literate
MS Office Suite – Word and Excel
Must be able to stand for long periods at a time
Have to ability to be on call on a rotation
