Top Skills:

• Active Directory

• O365

• Ability to troubleshoot, support and set-up workstation for PC’s, Laptops, Mobile Devices, Phones, Printers

• Network troubleshooting

• Windows/MAC (light on MAC, heavy Windows environment)

Qualifications/Scope:

• At least 2-3 years of experience supporting up to 45 end-users (comfortable being the sole IT resource onsite)

• Role is a blend of Helpdesk and desktop support for hands-on and deskside support

• Supporting of mobile devices, laptops, tablets within a Windows/MAC environment

• Mobile Support, Active Directory, O365, MAC/Windows 10 experience (heavier on Windows)

• Mobile support, iOS experience (Intune) – need basics of MDM support (don’t need Intune experience)

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, they are going through a lot of growth now and wear multiple hats.

• Client is open to more tenured folks with more years that are passionate about support, drive to move up and grow in any way (doesn’t care what it is just wants passion). Manager only wants to help them to grow their career.
