Join our team at Washington County Maintenance as a detail-oriented Stock Clerk 2. Your role will involve ensuring efficient operations for receiving, storing, and distributing various store items. DESCRIPTION OF WORK Your role is essential for the ongoing operations of the county's field and garage by managing inventories and aiding in the procurement of necessary materials to reduce production delays. In this capacity, you will be responsible for receiving all deliveries into the storeroom and systematically organizing materials in bins, on shelves, and on racks, ensuring they are stored in an orderly and accessible manner. You will verify the quantities received against the purchase order and accurately input goods receipts into the plant maintenance software. Additionally, it is your responsibility to ensure that both original and duplicate delivery tickets, along with goods receipts, are filed together with the corresponding purchase order, facilitating quick and easy access for future reference if needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Work hours may vary seasonally and are based upon operational needs. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience in stockroom, warehouse, or clerical work; and graduation from high school; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements:
