Description
Responsible to provide students on respective dormitory with a safe, clean and structured living environment that fosters student retention, satisfaction, achievement and success. Serve as the lead case manager for residential students and provides personal counseling to enhance student employability, ensure continued enrollment and qualified success in Job Corps. Supervise a dedicated Dorm Life team to provide services to assigned students. Train and assist students to become effective leaders who influence a positive Center culture. Ensure strict confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISION Residential Coordinators and Residential Advisors; May serve as the Manager On-Duty as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school (including at least 15 semester hours in Social Services-related instruction) required.
A minimum of two years of experience in counseling or related field and a minimum of two years working with youth and young adults.
Prefer previous Job Corps or related program experience.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet company insurability requirements
