Scope of Job

The graduate student will work as a project manager at the Center for Survey Research and Policy Analysis. CSRPA has at least five projects lined up for the next academic year. The graduate student will manage the CATI system and the Qualtrics system.

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

• Must be admitted to a graduate degree program.

• Must be in good academic standing

• Be registered full-time for the respective semester (nine semester credit hours during the fall

semester, nine semester credit hours during the spring semester, six semester credit hours during thesummer session or be performing supervised research with a UTRGV faculty member) or be

registered in the required number of semester credit hours to fulfill the only remaining requirements on

the degree plan.

Preferred Qualifications

MA student (must be a graduate student at UTRGV )

Preferred major: Political Science

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of web and social media

Salary$1250 monthly wages
