Scope of Job

•Provide guidance and support to students seeking assistance regarding their visa

• Provide assistance and customer service to students and staff who come into the office

• Send and respond to emails as needed

• Assist with preparing signature events

• Review student’s immigration documentation

• Collaborate with advisors and admission specialists.

• Work with Student Information Systems such as Banner.

• Perform related duties as assigned

Discipline Specific Required Qualifications

Must be a full-time graduate student (9 hours during the Fall or Spring semester and 6 hours during Summer months)

• Able to work well with diverse groups of people and have excellent communication skills

• Experience with business development related activities

• Must be able to work independently with little supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate Student – Business Administration (Marketing), Computer Science, or Information Technology majors are preferred.
