What You Will Be Doing The Client Service Coordinator II is responsible for supporting relationship officers and their clients through the client journey (TCBX) by effectively collaborating across multiple areas of the bank to deliver consistent high-touch client service that is defect-free, timely, and caring. How You Will Get the Job Done * Client Support: Responsible for leading clients through various stages of the client journey. Enhances the onboarding process by acting as the point person for the client. Facilitates a sense of urgency and reaction to change for goal achievement. Demonstrates effective troubleshooting skills for deposit and cash management issues and responds to client inquiries, pulling in necessary resources. When needed, elevates client concerns, inquiries and feedback to Lead Client Service Coordinators. * Collaboration: Develops relationships with Relationship Officers to assist them in and pursuing opportunities to provide a thoughtful and thorough assessment of their client's financial service needs. Collaborate with various bank departments to execute proposals within committed timelines. Executes on identified opportunities to cross-sell products and services both independently and collaboratively with the team. Gathers feedback for opportunities to enhance the client experience. Works with Loan Administration team to ensure timely execution of loan closing by completing pre-closing due diligence. * Product and Services: Maintains a general knowledge of all depository products and services, with ability to properly assess, suggest and walk clients through financial service solutions. * Documentation: Prepares and executes internal and external documentation in response to client request or proposal including, but not limited to: agreements, account forms, and maintenance requests.. Ensures all required account documents are properly executed and retained according to applicable banking regulations and requirements. Professional & Educational Experience You ring A Bachelor's Degree from College or University and 2-4 years of experience in customer service and/or banking in related position such as customer service representative, loan coordinator, loan administrator, or treasury management support position; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance.
