Description Yorkshire of Edina, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA to join our growing team. Yorkshire of Edina Senior Living is located in Edina, off a bus route, between Southdale Mall and the YMCA. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 96-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Full-Time AMs, PMs, and Overnights HHA Wage: $17-$22/HR CNA Wage: $19-$24/HR Shift Differential: $1 PM, $2 Overnight Are you compassionate towards others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA's and HHA's provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in an assisted living community is preferred. Strong interest in healthcare. Positive, compassionate attitude. Strong customer service and communication skills.
