Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician in Edgerton, WI, to perform mechanical and electrical repairs, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on all plant equipment including labeling, packaging, cappers, tippers, and specialized automated equipment. The role involves handling equipment such as chains, gear drives, motors, high-speed lines, pumps, vacuum pumps, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Responsibilities also include working up to 480v 3 phase, managing PLCs, filling out changeover forms, addressing quality issues, paperwork, and basic facilities maintenance. The Maintenance Technician will communicate frequently with line workers, operators, and upper management and assist in the changeover of lines.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Edgerton, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

The position offers a well-lit, clean, automated, and climate-controlled facility. Working hours are: 1st shift: 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM (M-F) with optional overtime starting at 4:30 AM; 2nd shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM (M-TH); 3rd shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM with every other Saturday being voluntary. More hours are available upon request.
