Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an individual with either entry-level or a few years of experience in project management, preferably with a background in Mechanical Engineering, to fill the role of Project Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating various projects within our food and dairy operations, ensuring successful execution and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and timelines

• Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies

• Coordinate project activities, including design, engineering, procurement, and installation

• Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that may arise

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle

  Qualifications:

  For Entry-Level Candidates:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Proficiency in project management tools and software

  For Candidates with a Few Years of Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the food and dairy industry

• Knowledge of engineering principles and practices

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
