The Sr. Marketing Specialist is a key member of the marketing team, helping to achieve aggressive global growth at Stratasys. In this role you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of marketing assets (brochures, customer stories, sales materials, video, photography, etc.) within our markets. This position will be working closely with multiple team members across the organization such as application engineers, regional marketing, product and sales.

In this role you will have a tremendous impact in helping build marketing campaigns and programs.

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (product and regional/digital marketing teams/professional relations) to ensure their asset needs are met and adhere to global campaigns and standards.

  • Ensures value propositions are clearly articulate, ideally using the Challenger methodology.

  • Leading, development and implementation of marketing collateral created internally and through external vendors:

  • Communicates clear expectations to vendors and manages vendor relationships to ensure timelines/budget requirements are met

  • Works with marketing resources to generate and manage appropriate sales and marketing assets, including but not limited to case studies, white papers, e-mail campaigns, social media, sales collateral, videos, webinars, website copy, trade shows and advertising, etc.

  • Collaborates with the Digital Marketing team to ensure digital assets created meet digital requirements

  • Writes and edits strong, results-driven copy for lead generation and nurturing including promotional emails, case studies, white papers, blog entries, etc.

  • Coordinates and reviews visual content from global marketing, creative vendors, videographers, photographers and graphic designers

  • Review and edit PR content as needed.

  • Building effective internal and external relationships, i.e. regional marketing teams, reseller groups, product development teams, sales, and professional organizations.

Must have for this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field (Journalism, Communications, etc.)

  • 3+ years of Marketing Communications/Editorial

  • 1+ years of experience in vendor/client management

  • 1+ years of experience with content creation.

  • 1+ years of copy writing/editing and graphic design experience

Nice to have:

  • Excellent project management skills and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to successfully work in cooperation with cross-functional, matrixed and cross-cultural teams.

  • Ability to quickly execute, track and adjust tactics based on measured and reported results.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to ‘sell’ ideas cross functionally.

  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks; goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed

  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

  • Proficient in Windows-based office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Demonstrated success developing and deploying marketing programs to help generate leads.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 10 - 15%
