Position Description The Quality Systems Intern will report directly to the Quality Systems Specialists and assist with various projects in ensuring continued compliance of Bracco Medical Technologies to medical device standards and regulations.This includes helping with supporting Internal Audits, Corrective Actions, control of documents and records, and vital maintenance of Product Documentation in our electronic systems. Learn about the regulations and requirements that governments around the world require to be in place to ensure the safe development and production of medical devices and help to ensure the Bracco Medical Technologies quality system is properly compliant to these requirements. This role will provide hands-on technical support for engineering and other document changes and investigate and evaluate the effectiveness of completed corrective actions.Develop the experience and knowledge necessary to launch a future Quality Systems career in the Medical Device industry. Responsibilities *Interact with Eden Prairie engineering team to support change orders supporting development and ongoing sustaining engineering activities. *Provide quality assurance oversight of documentation change orders *Provide support for the internal audit program, as well as any external audits by organizations such as FDA, BSI and others. *Assist with Corrective Action (CAPA) activities, including investigations and verification for effectiveness *Assist with controlling electronic records and documentation, including Manufacturing and Service records *Assist with tracking and updating training records Training to be provided Students will be exposed to working with various quality processes within the Bracco Medical Technologies (BMT) organization.They will learn key requirements which need to be followed in a regulated environment such as the medical device industry. Additionally, our interns and co-ops benefit from a buddy program, career development programming, and opportunities to build their professional networks virtually and in-person with BMT professionals.
