Emerson Product Manager, Service Execution Solutions and Mobile Applications in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  1. Product Strategy and Vision:

  2. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals to enable Business Unit strategic plans.  Provide communication material needed to secure funding for these initiatives when appropriate and stay aligned to the Business Unit’s vision.

  3. Stakeholder Management:

  4. Collaborate with team members across the business to gather requirements and define product features.

  5. Facilitate effective communication and alignment between cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.

  6. Agile Product Development:

  7. Keep Agile release train aligned with Business Unit and Enterprise Service and Repair priorities and coordinate with IT to plan capacity and ensure funding is supported by Business Units.

  8. Lead and participate in Agile product development processes, prioritize and own the program backlog, and ensure the team is delivering high-value features.

  9. Lifecycle Services Domain Expertise:

  10. Demonstrate your experience to drive product improvements and innovations.

  11. Lead the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to release, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Who You Are:

You are someone who is comfortable in a matrixed environment and builds relationships quickly to ensure important team members voices are heard. You demonstrate collaboration, know how to balance team members and get results in a global environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience

  • Experience as an Agile Product Manager

  • Deep understanding of the Lifecycle Services business domain and its operational nuances

  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Azure ADO, Jira, Confluence)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience with product management in industrial automation, engineering, or technology sectors.

  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe PO/PM, SAFe LPM, PMI-ACP).

  • Familiarity with product development frameworks such as Lean Startup or Design Thinking.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $111,368 - $178,220 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
