Adecco US, Inc. Licensure Coordinator in Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Licensure Coordinator in Eden Prairie, MN .

PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office, onsite role only. No other options available.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract

Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Location : Intersect of Shady Oaks Road and City W. Parkway in Eden Prairie, MN. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.

Hours : 8:00am to 4:30pm; M-F

Pay: $21.75 to $ 21.75/hr

Length: Long Term

Responsibilities for the Licensure Coordinator role include:

  • Complete full quality assurance review of clinician application returned to department by clinician

  • Obtain license payment funding on behalf of clinician

  • Submit application including payment and other required supporting documents

  • Follow-up on outstanding applications submitted to State board

  • Monitor aging reports and take appropriate action with State board and/or clinician

  • Perform online payment requests and manual check payment requests

  • Perform primary source verification - accessing individual State board websites

  • Support special accreditation applications such as URAQ and JCAHO

  • Onboard clinicians into clinical licensure system(s)

  • Accurately prepare mailings to send out applications to clinicians

Qualifications for this Licensure Coordinator role:

  • Experience working within healthcare or insurance setting

  • Experience with clinical credentialing and/or licensure

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

  • Previous experience navigating through systems and databases

  • Able to meet business demands and time sensitive deadlines in a frequently changing environment

Pay Details: $21.75 per hour
