Job Title: Facilities Mechanical Engineer

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC and facilities equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of our systems, and will play a key role in driving our engineering projects forward.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of HVAC and facilities equipment projects.

• Conduct feasibility studies, design reviews, and risk assessments to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Oversee the installation, calibration, and maintenance of HVAC and facilities systems.

• Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce operational costs.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, LEED).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, project managers, and facility managers.

• Provide technical support and training to engineering and maintenance staff.

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on HVAC and facilities equipment.

• Proven track record of leading successful HVAC and facilities projects.

• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, systems, and equipment.

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and simulation tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and leadership abilities.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $108000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
