Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Dismantles, installs, assembles, troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains machinery such as water jets, furnaces, hydraulic presses, and CNC equipment. Assists with engineering projects or layout and installation of machines. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to diagnose mechanical or hydraulic issues as they arise. The technician must read and interpret applicable drawings and manufacturers’ blueprints/schematics and handle multiple tasks while managing and meeting specified deadlines. Mig or Tig welding skills are a plus. The role requires working on elevated platforms, ladders, and job-related motorized equipment. Overtime work may be needed.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Eastford, Connecticut.

Work Environment

Clean shop environment. Machine shop includes water jets, lathes, and CNC mills. Standard hours are 7am-3:30pm.
