Description

Haun Welding Supplyis seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as aCounter Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt and respectful service to walk-in and phone-in customers in a friendly and helpful manner. The Counter Sales Representative will also be responsible for accurately completing customers’ orders and branch transfers while maintaining inventory counts. Additionally, the Counter Sales Representative will assist outside sales representatives with customer orders and help to maintain inventory and display merchandise in a clean and organized manner.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and respectful service to walk-in and phone-in customers in a friendly and helpful manner.

• Accurately complete customers’ orders and branch transfers while maintaining inventory counts.

• Assist outside sales representatives with customer orders.

• Help to maintain inventory and display merchandise in a clean and organized manner.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer skills.
