Compensation range for this role is: $19-$21.50 an hour

$500 sign-on bonus offered to eligible participants hired while the program is in effect, paid in two installments. Bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes. All other rules governing this program will apply. Current employees and contract workers are not eligible.

As a Specialist, Fleet Program at RXO, youll be responsible for managing the administration related to the vehicle fleet belonging to the XPO Logistics Corporate structure. These responsibilities are centered on the process of fulfillment, including vehicle assignment, scheduling deliveries, inspections, licensing, renewals, and administration as per local legislation.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Monitor and track vehicle fleet using XPOs fleet systems
• Process rental invoices in support of vehicle fleet
• Work in coordination with all state and federal laws to ensure XPO fleet maintains in regulatory compliance.

• Professionally communicate with internal partners and external clients throughout
• Monitor aging inventory and service to ensure departmental KPIs are met
• Monitor and track vehicles logistics requests, resolving issues and communicating with all parties
• Responsible for maintaining positive relationships with vendor network

What youll need to excel:

At a minimum, youll need:

• 1 year of fleet, accounting experience and/or logistics/transportation experience
• Basic knowledge of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Itd be great if you also have:

• Ability to create complex formulas in MS Excel; create queries in company software applications

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Demonstrated attention to detail
