Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $28 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

• Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Measuring, cutting, and hanging drywall to required specifications

• Assisting in framing up walls and installing sheathing

• Installing crown moldings

• Assembling and fastening materials using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue

• Cutting and nailing headers and blocking

• Fitting and installing of window frames, doors, interior and exterior trim, wooden doorframes

• Performing all duties in compliance with site safety and building requirements.

 Qualifications:

• 3-5 years previous experience in the commercial construction industry

• Knowledge of the materials, methods, and tools involved in the commercial construction field.

• Ability to accept direction and work as a team player.

• Demonstrate dependability to work a regular schedule including nontraditional hours including weekends.

• OSHA 10/OSHA 30 or willingness to undergo OSHA Safety Training.
