Description We are on the lookout for a diligent Call Center Representative - ENT to join our team. Based in EAST SYRACUSE, New York, this role offers a long term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As a Call Center Representative - ENT, your primary tasks will include managing high volumes of incoming calls, generating sales leads, and maintaining a comprehensive database of customer interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handling a large volume of incoming calls and efficiently managing customer inquiries.

• Generating sales leads and meeting prescribed sales targets.

• Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with customer accounts through proactive and interactive communication.

• Providing accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools.

• Identifying customer needs to ensure satisfaction and achieve service team goals.

• Handling customer complaints effectively, providing suitable solutions and alternatives within specified time limits and following up for resolution.

• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing necessary documents.

• Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies diligently.

• Demonstrating the ability to go the extra mile to engage customers.

• Utilizing the Microsoft Office Suites and other database tools to manage customer accounts and process information.

• Providing technical support and Tier 1 Support to customers as needed. Requirements • Proficient in Customer Service and capable of offering excellent service to all callers

• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively handle customer inquiries

• Demonstrated Sales skills to meet and exceed set targets

• Thorough knowledge of company Procedures and Policies

• Ability to provide Tier 1 Technical Support to customers

• Proficiency in using Database systems for recording customer interactions

• Experience in handling Inbound and Outbound Calls in a busy call center environment

• Understanding of 'About Time' and 'Methods' principles in a call center context

• Fluency in Spanish Language is highly desirable

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites for record-keeping and communication purposes

• Ability to understand and adhere to product Specifications

• Experience in generating Referrals to enhance business growth

• Knowledge of managing Customer Accounts in a call center environment

• Previous experience in a Call Center is desirable

• Ability to work towards Targets in a dynamic environment

• Interactive skills to engage customers and provide satisfactory solutions

• Excellent Written Communication skills for clear and concise documentation

• Experience working with Dealers and Distributors is an asset

• Knowledge of Switchboard Operations for efficient call routing

• Experience in Triage to prioritize customer issues effectively

• Ability to provide Tier 1 Support to customers
