Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team in East Stroudsburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have prior construction experience and a passion for restoring properties to their original condition.

Responsibilities:

• Perform restoration work on residential and commercial properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages.

• Conduct demolition, debris removal, and structural repairs.

• Install and repair drywall, flooring, and other building materials.

• Operate and maintain restoration equipment and tools.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

• Document work progress and maintain accurate records.

• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior construction experience is required.

• Knowledge of restoration techniques and equipment is a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
