We are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Specialist to join our Collision Center Team!
Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation: $35,000 - $45,000

POSITION SUMMARY
A Body Shop Customer Service Specialist is responsible for office support in our Collision Center and is a perfect position for someone interested in becoming a damage appraiser in the future.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Body Shop Customer Service Specialist is accountable for performing the duties and responsibilities described below. The list, however, is not necessarily an exhaustive description of the duties and responsibilities associated with the job.
Greeting customers upon arrival
Incoming and outgoing telephone calls
Email correspondence
Booking and closing repair orders
Cash-out customers
Writing purchase orders
Calling insurance companies regarding payments owed
Matching insurance estimates to our CCC One estimating system
Learn Rome Management computer system
Learn Dealer operating computer system
Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed

Automotive related experience is helpful

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Some computer knowledge and/or experience
Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a drug test
Acceptable driving record and valid NYS driver’s license

WORK SCHEDULE
Full time employees are regularly scheduled for 40 hours within the confines of our operating hours. Part time employees are regularly scheduled for anything less than 40 hours. Overtime as needed and approved by the manager. All employees are required to take meal breaks in accordance with New York state law.
