Job Requirements: U.S. Citizenship Education: Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program (ACEN or CCNE). Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted RN license. Certifications: Nurse Practitioner certification by ANCC, AANP, or other recognized national certification boards relevant to your specialty. Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner. BLS Certification: Must be current through the American Heart Association. Key Duties: Provide comprehensive, outcome-based nurse practitioner services, including general screening, medical care, and examinations for routine, acute, and chronic conditions. Deliver patient education and counseling, focusing on preventive care, positive health behaviors, and self-care. Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions, collaborate with physicians when necessary, and ensure patient care is aligned with clinical practice guidelines. Teach and mentor staff, offer evidence-based educational lectures, and participate in in-service training to support continuous learning. Work in a team-based environment, attending staff meetings, contributing to case discussions, and driving continuous quality improvement.
