In this role, the successful candidate will support the development of a qualified network of community based long-term care services and supports for eligible WA CARES Kitsap County beneficiaries. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong customer service skills, the ability to work within a team and the ability to build successful collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners to provide high quality services and supports to the community.

To be successful, the candidate in this role must also have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to meet critical deadlines in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR PERFORMANCE OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, social work, or a closely related field and
• Two or more years of experience in professional social services work experience which includes work with related programs, contracts, planning, or community services.
• Any equivalent combination of experience and education that provides the applicant with the desired knowledge, skills and ability required to perform the work.

• Professional work experience specializing in social service contract management is highly desirable

The annual salary for this position ranges from $68,990.88 - $88,314.16. This position offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, a pension retirement, and other voluntary benefits.
