Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project estimates based on company standards and project documentation
• Review bid documentation to establish need for bonding
• Ensure that proper documentation is available to submit bid
• Conduct material and labor take offs and cost analysis of estimates
• Prepare requests for material and subcontractor quotes
• Develop and submit RFIs to provide accurate estimate of costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering field
• Must have at least 3 years of electrical construction estimating experience
• Experience working with Accubid or similar estimating software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
