Job Title: Production Support

Job Description

We are seeking four production team members at our East Moline, IL location. The warehouse worker will be responsible for completing assigned jobs, tasks, and projects throughout the warehouse, including departments such as the Cell, Saw Operator, Receiving, Shipping, and work orders. The candidate will primarily be pulling copper tubing/pipe for shipments to customers like Menards, Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Before processing for shipping, the wire needs to be covered with protective tubing and boxed/shipped safely and correctly.

Responsibilities

• Move pipe to pick locations

• Pull orders

• Bar code and/or label pipe

• Bundle/wrap pipe

• Cut pipe (complete cut sheets)

• Perform scrap segregation and identification

• Wrap product for shipment

• Unload trucks when necessary

• Load outbound shipments

Why Work Here?

Enjoy first shift hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company with minimal experience in a warehouse setting. Once trained and cross-trained (usually 1-3 weeks depending on the individual), you will be eligible for a production incentive.

Work Environment

The work environment is non-climate controlled, which means it can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter months. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet but can be moderate to loud based on specific department activities and the utilization of tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of East Moline, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00
