Robert Half is looking for a Billing Clerk to support our client in East Liberty, OH. The chosen individual will be involved in the financial services industry, working closely with various accounting software systems to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing customer credit applications

• Efficiently maintaining customer credit records

• Updating current billing orders with precise information

• Providing diligent support for billing procedures

• Generating insightful reports related to billing activities

• Attaching relevant PO details to customer accounts

• Utilizing software systems like ADP, EHR SYSTEM, and Epic Software for various accounting functions

• Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks

• Responding to inbound calls and resolving customer inquiries.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Ability to manage Computerized Billing

• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM

• Competence in using Epic Software

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to handle Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Capability to manage Answering Inbound Calls
