Financial Controller

Position Summary

Financial controllers oversee an organization's accounting operations by assisting with the operational functions of the Accounting/Finance Department and provide financial analysis and other support for Operations.

Minimum Requirements

Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired by completing a four-year college degree program in Business, Accounting or a related field; three to five years of progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in management, supervision and in the area of employment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience; and may require registration as a CPA or CMA.

Desired Qualifications

• 5 years Controller experience

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members

• High level of integrity and attention to detail
