Responsibilities:
Support the execution of a comprehensive cross-functional data-centric roadmap, effectively articulating the value of each workstream to senior leadership.
Oversee the creation and coordination of new vendor partnerships to bolster Advantage Solutions' offerings and optimize our data-centric capabilities within the DnA framework.
Collaborate with external vendors or consultants as an extension of IT to ensure the successful implementation and seamless integration of data systems within the existing environment.
Partner with Product Managers, Data & Analytics Solution Architects, and the broader IT & DnA teams to drive the development of scalable data solutions tailored to facilitate Decision and Action by our business partners.
Demonstrate proficiency in understanding and supporting the execution of our DnA strategy, fostering seamless partnerships with all team members under the Chief Data Officer.
Exhibit strength in efficiently comprehending user requirements, needs, objectives, and working methods to design optimal data solutions that enhance end-user product consumption and data utilization.
Collaborate with peer leads and direct reports to continually manage team delivery to project timelines, and milestones, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, highly adoptable data products.
Engage with business & IT leaders to identify product needs and possess the ability to effectively illustrate the narrative surrounding the "value-add" to the business.
Cultivate a client service mindset, ensuring the achievement of high-quality standards through both self and team deliverables.
Design data quality solutions aligned with DnA strategy and goals, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and other legal requirements related to data management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or relevant experience in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience (6+ years) in working in or with data as a common practice in a large & complex environment with knowledge of how to enable the use of data in business insights/benefits
4+ years of experience in functional areas that support CPG and/or Retail
Working experience with creating data solutions in the realm of Data Management or Data and Analytics
Strong knowledge of all required capabilities to execute a Data and Analytics strategy in an emerging space of maturity for an enterprise
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and deliver results
Possessing any finance background would be an added benefit
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
IT Product Strategy:Define and communicate a comprehensive IT product strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business strategy. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, security, and business units, to ensure successful product development and delivery. Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
Market Research:Conduct research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT product management. Use market insights to inform product decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
Product Development:Lead the product development process, defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work with engineering teams to prioritize and execute product enhancements.
Product Launch:Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product introductions.
Product Metrics:Define and track key performance metrics for IT products, such as system uptime, reliability, performance, and user satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
Budget Management:Develop and manage the IT product budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and financial forecasting.
Risk Management:Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with IT product development and deployment.
Stakeholder Communication:Effectively communicate the IT product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all relevant teams.

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study:Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required.
Experience Requirements : 8+ years of experience in project management of varied complexities and scope.
