Mondelēz Consumer Solutions Global MDS ( IT) Team is seeking a visionary and experienced AI Product Lead to lead the strategic direction, development, and management of our core data platforms and AI ecosystem within the Consumer space (enabling Marketing function). You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of these platforms, driving successful Content Generative AI (GenAI) rollouts from a technical perspective, and shaping the future roadmap for key capabilities within the Marketing Data Platform (MDP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive data and AI strategy for the Consumer domain, aligning it with overall business goals.

  • Manage the transformation of core data platforms to support efficient and scalable data management for AI initiatives.

  • Ensure the platforms are optimized for performance, efficiency, and meet evolving needs of AI and data science teams

  • Manage the integration of AI and data platforms across the Consumer landscape.

  • Champion the adoption of GenAI technologies taking into account aspects of Responsible AI & Security

  • Oversee the technical aspects of Content GenAI rollouts, ensuring quality delivery and successful integration with existing data platforms.

  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and data technologies and identify potential applications within the Consumer domain.

  • Direct interactions with Architecture, Application/Platform, and Technical Product teams to guide technology selections, favoring scalable and cost-effective solutions.

  • Uphold stringent adherence to Mondelēz's Infosec and Privacy standards through proactive engagement with relevant internal teams,

  • Innovate and contribute new ideas for product enhancement based on comprehensive market analysis, consumer behavior insights, and emerging industry trends.

  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving through workshops and design thinking sessions with global and regional teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

  • Lead a high-performing team of Product Lead, Tech Leads, internal and external engineers.

More about this role

  • 10+ years of experience in data platform architecture, development, and management.

  • In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly GenAI technologies.

  • Demonstrated expertise in the consumer & media data domain, with knowledge of CDPs, Data Segmentation, Consumer Identity, and Data Privacy/Consent Management, Media data platforms, Ad Tech frameworks.

  • Extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing complex IT projects from conception through to implementation, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives

  • Ability to design and implement scalable AI computing infrastructures and application stacks for efficient ML operations

  • Strong understanding of data management best practices, including data governance, security, and quality.

  • Proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, with hands-on experience in architecting and deploying scalable cloud-based solutions for data processing, reporting, and analytics.

  • Understanding of the technical aspects of RAG models, how to retrieve relevant information from knowledge bases and integrate it with LLM output, including their training process and how retrieved information is used to enhance generation

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical visions and strategies to a diverse audience, fostering cross-functional collaboration and consensus.

  • Strategic and analytical thinker, adept at setting technical direction, prioritizing projects, and mobilizing teams to deliver innovative solutions.

  • Eager to embrace new technologies, methodologies, and industry developments, with a commitment to lifelong learning and professional growth.
