The House Facilitator supports the Emergency Transition Mission (ETM), the Executive Director and Case Manager. This includes welcoming and guiding program participants, delivering advocacy and life coaching, ensuring the provision of suitable services, and maintaining a secure, efficient, and tidy mission operation throughout the designated shift. Hourly Rate: $15 per

hour (Contract and Internship Eligible)

Essential

Functions

- - Offer administrative assistance to Grace Beyond Borders NWI, Inc., supporting the Case Manager and Executive Director. This encompasses tasks such as data entry, report generation, and various administrative functions. Provide guidance to individuals contacting or visiting, including screening inquiries and directing them to the appropriate party. - Responsible for overseeing ETM general housekeeping functions, cleanliness of office facilities and communal areas. - Interact with prospective program participants from referral agencies and law enforcement officials. Provide orientation and support to program participants at the ETM; assist with basic needs while ensuring safety and security. - Complete all intake and daily checklists, maintain accurate and complete records/logs, notify appropriate staff members of situations requiring action or monitoring. - Ensure guidelines and rules of the Resident/Operations Handbook are followed to provide a safe environment for program participants, staff, and volunteers. This involves administering drug /breathalyzer tests and supervising ETM communal areas. - Reflect personal integrity in attitude and behavior toward guests, volunteers, program participants, and staff.

- - Pray with and offer spiritual support to others. - Demonstrate Grace Beyond Borders core values of organizational integrity, organizational unity, and organizational effectiveness. - Complete Servsafe, Peacemakers, Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACE), and First Aid/CPR training. - Attend quarterly All Staff meetings. - Attend monthly ETM meetings. - Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
