ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES(include the following, other duties may be assigned)

• Communicates by radio and/or cellphone with shuttle dispatch and supervisors.
• Provides verbal and written reports and responds to operational issues per prescribed policy.
• Performs pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, cleaning, and servicing to assist in maintaining vehicles in a safe operating condition.
• Adheres to traffic regulations.
• Greets every customer in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assists in loading and securing bikes to the bike trailer.
• Listens to customer questions and complaints and directs information to supervisor or relevant departments.
• Provides, maintains and ensures complete customer service for all guests and staff members.
• Other duties as assigned, which could be directly related, or un-related to original position.
