Business Development Manager (Internal Role)

This role is responsible for executing sales efforts in support of FieldLink's national growth. Opportunity Details

  • Identify and build prospecting funnel based on company vertical and skillset expertise
  • Manage funnel with a focus on managing the full sales lifecycle
  • Establish relationships with prospective clients within Operations, HR and Engineering departments
  • Follow and manage sales lifecycle utilizing contact, marketing and targeted sales strategy to move a lead to becoming a client
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms based on company guidelines
  • Network within industry groups
  • Attend industry conferences and participate in applicable events/expos
  • Manage client relationships post-sales, develop new contacts within client
  • Follow post-sales client contact guidelines
  • Work with assigned dedicated Account Manager to establish account execution strategies and delivery positioning
  • Include the Account Management team in account strategy
Core Business Contribution
  • Maintain Low Voltage/Telecom industry knowledge (new products, projects, industry specific news)
  • Work directly with management in contributing to the growth of the company
  • Contribute ideas and processes that can continually improve our services to candidates and clients
  • Complete ongoing personal training to maintain status as the Company's vertical subject matter expert (SME)
  • Embrace, live, and conduct yourself in accordance with the Company's core values.

  • Experience selling into Telecom, Low Voltage or Network Infrastructure Integrators
  • Intermediate Excel
