Job Summary

Embark on a hospitality adventure as our Assistant General Manager for the new premium lounge at BOS. In this role, you'll craft exceptional dining experiences and lead operations from the ground up. As the Assistant General Manager, you will play a dual role in overseeing the financial operations and day-to-day management of the Lounge. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead a team of associates, manage client relations, and ensure the delivery of superior quality food to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments.

• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top-quality food.

• Oversee all P&L and budgeting related to the account.

• Implement new culinary programs.

• Ensure financial integrity and accuracy in all transactions and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred.

• Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations.

• Essential experience in high-volume production and catering.

• Proven experience in managing budgets.

• Strong desire to learn and grow within a top-notch foodservice company.

In this role, you will be instrumental in driving both operational excellence and financial performance, ensuring that all aspects of the dining services meet the highest standards.
