Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • This role is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave absence from July 2024 - January 2025 with the possibility of becoming full time after the contract has ended.

  • Reviews schedules, submits project specific documentation, and maintains document tracking records.

  • Revises documents per customer requests using knowledge and feedback from Project Managers and other departments as necessary.

  • Acts a s a liaison between the Project Management team and other departments to obtain information to complete project specific documents.

  • Maintains Project Management's calendar for special tests, witnesses, and inspections.

  • Handles Project specific change orders in SAP and maintains all records.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in related field preferred.

  • Able to work under time constraints.

  • Highly competent in MS Office products and Adobe.

  • Ability to navigate SAP and SharePoint.
