What Youll Be Doing:

• Lead and motivate a team of proximity agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Oversee all proximity marketing field activities, including training, role-playing, and daily meetings.
• Cultivate a positive team culture through personal role modeling and behavior reinforcement.
• Collaborate with the Proximity Marketing Director to budget effectively for qualified leads and appointments.
• Handle administrative tasks related to proximity logistics, data entry, and community relations.
