Universal Health Services TECH - HYPERBARIC in EAGLE PASS, Texas

Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day hyperbaric chamber operations including scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, routine patient wound care within the wound center setting and operating the hyperbaric chamber for patient treatments, to include patients of all age groups that are seen in the wound center.

Qualifications

Must be able to obtain a working knowledge of diving physics and physiology as it would relate to administering hyperbaric oxygen therapy treatments. Must demonstrate skills necessary to provide wound care to patients of all age groups.

Education: High School graduate or equivalent. Hyperbaric certification.

Must graduate from an approved hyperbaric medicine course or complete an on the job internship training program with an assigned mentor utilizing department specific competency modules.
