Job Description Summary

In this position, you will provide analytical support to global Lamb Weston. You will collaborate with various business unit teams to optimize revenue growth management while driving profitable business results. Specific tasks may include leading price governance and oversight, periodic reporting, revenue growth management (RGM) analysis, ROI analytics, developing reporting, conducting reviews, ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

Performs highly complex and interpretive financial analyses for assigned area under minimum supervision. Presents analysis and recommendations to management. Acts as a leader to less experienced staff. Effectively leads small teams and works well with small ad-hoc project teams. May perform business partnering, analytics, AOP & Strat Plan, monthly forecasting, Metrics & Scorecard, and/or Period close. Minimum 5 years related experience.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide data analysis and proactive recommendations to make profitable business decisions and maximize top and bottom-line growth.
  • Perform weekly/monthly/quarterly RGM reviews and analysis.
  • Take a lead role in understanding key RGM and pricing components of the P&L and be able to explain key drivers for material changes in the financial opportunities and results.
  • Take a lead role in managing price lists and price changes.
  • Analyze price elasticities of demand and provide recommendations.
  • Provide support on price governance and oversight.
  • Analyze monthly business results, issue required reports, reconciliations, and make recommendations to business partners on opportunities for improvement.
  • Understand and challenge (where necessary) monthly variances and work with Sales/Finance to manage.
  • Develop relationships with cross-functional partners and key central services groups.
  • Complete special projects as required.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, economics, or other analytical fields preferred.
  • 3-7 years of professional experience in financial analysis and data management preferred.
  • Critical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and creative problem-solving ability.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on being detail-oriented - the individual must be able to perform analysis using multiple sources of data and technology to support various teams in commercial decisions with minimal direction.
  • Excellent computer skills required (Microsoft Office - spreadsheet, database management, pivot tables, presentations, etc.).
  • Experience in Sales Force & PowerBI desired
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact and persuade individuals levels senior to him or her, as well as actively participate in meetings and group discussions with individuals from various parts of the organization (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance).
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to function in a fast paced, dynamic environment with a positive attitude.
