ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Business Analyst in Eagle, Idaho

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing Business Analyst to join their team. As a Manufacturing Business Analyst, you will be part of the operational excellence team supporting various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Business Analyst

Location: Remote (US) with occasional travel up to 15% as needed (Kennewick, WA)

Pay Range: $60 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Act as a liaison between business needs and technical solutions to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and analyze requirements.

  • Conduct Loss Tree Analysis and implement solutions using Rockwell technologies.

  • Analyze industrial data fabric and manufacturing systems to recommend innovative solutions.

  • Support project management initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

What's Needed?

  • Relevant experience in manufacturing systems and industrial data fabric.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders.

  • Experience with Loss Tree Analysis and Rockwell implementation is a must.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing occasional travel.
