Job Description Summary

Participate in paid internship program built around your career goals and hands-on projects that impact the organization. As part of the Lamb Weston University Recruiting Internship Program, Interns work towards completing a Capstone project and are assigned a mentor who will guide and evaluate performance.

Whether you are interested in Agricultural Science, Data Science, Finance, Supply Chain, IT, Manufacturing, Food Science, Marketing, or Engineering, our highly selective summer intern program has projects that will help you build the next stage in your career.

Job Description

Support the Lamb Weston Finance Team with several projects related to the Finance function. Learn how to work as part of the Finance team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients. Skilled mentors within the team will be assigned for the duration of the program.

Work experience will be built around projects and duties may include but are not limited to:

• Assist with financial analysis and modeling for large global customers
• Work cross-functionally to improve processes and reporting within new systems.
• Leverage large data sets to create financial dashboards and reports.
• Work with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and handle sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree program related to Finance, Business, or related field.
• Juniors, Seniors, or Master\'s degree students preferred.
• Minimum GPA 3.0 preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver\'s license and ability to meet the Lamb Weston Authorized Driver standards.
• Prior work, class, or project experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or related software preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
